I’m Khalid from Ajman and I’ve been trading mainly EUR/USD and XAU/USD on a Standard account. Overall the execution feels stable during normal market hours and my orders fill without too much drama. Spreads on majors are generally acceptable for my style (short intraday trades), and the platform connection has been reliable on both Wi‑Fi and mobile data. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the withdrawal process and communication around it. My withdrawal did arrive, but the timeline and status updates weren’t very transparent, so I found myself checking the portal more than I should. Support answered politely and eventually clarified what was needed, but I’d prefer clearer step-by-step guidance and more proactive updates. If they improve the withdrawal tracking and make the funding/withdrawal pages a bit more detailed, I’d be comfortable rating them higher.

Spreads on my usual sessions felt competitive and execution was generally smooth, even around moderate news. The client area is clean and I didn’t have trouble verifying my account. My only real friction was the withdrawal process being a bit unclear the first time—nothing alarming, but the status updates weren’t very informative and I had to double-check which method matched my deposit route. Once I contacted support, they explained the steps and it went through. Overall I’d keep it as a secondary account for day trades and testing strategies, but I’d love more transparent timelines and better in-app withdrawal tracking.

Decent execution but withdrawals take longer than expected

I’ve been using Cptmarkets from Noida for around 8 months on a Standard account. Deposit via UPI (PhonePe) was instant and got credited within 2-3 minutes. I mostly trade EUR/USD and GBP/USD on London session; spreads are okay most of the time but during high news (NFP/US CPI) I noticed slippage and the spread widening more than I expected. My main issue is withdrawals. I withdrew twice to the same UPI ID. First time (₹25,000) came in 24 hours, second time (₹40,000) took almost 3 working days and support kept saying “processing with finance team.” Support replies, but it’s not super proactive. Overall: platform is workable and deposits are smooth, but withdrawals and communication can be better.

Trading theek hai, but payout mein thoda delay hota hai

Main Kochi se hoon aur Cptmarkets pe ~6-7 months se Standard account use kar rahi hoon. Mostly EUR/USD, USD/JPY aur XAU/USD trade karti hoon. Execution normal days pe fine hai, but CPI/FOMC time pe slippage notice hua tha (gold pe zyada). Deposit maine UPI se kiya tha, within minutes credit ho gaya. Withdrawal 2 baar kiya bank transfer pe—ek baar next day aa gaya, but last month (end of month) 2 din lag gaye. Support WhatsApp/chat pe reply karta hai, par clear ETA nahi deta, bas ‘processing’ bolte rehte. Overall ok broker, but agar aapko fast withdrawal chahiye toh expectations manage karo.

Works fine for basic trading, but transparency could be better

Trading from Al Ain with a Standard account on Cptmarkets for around 8 months. My deposit via bank transfer was credited the same day. I trade mostly USD/JPY and EUR/USD. The platform is stable and I didn’t face major downtime. However, spreads widen during volatile sessions, which makes it less ideal for short-term entries. Withdrawals are acceptable but not consistently fast. A $250 withdrawal was completed within 24 hours, but another $450 withdrawal took close to 3 working days. Support responds, but I wish they shared clearer timelines instead of generic processing updates. Overall, a middle rating from my side.
