Platform-wise it’s been stable for me and I didn’t face random disconnects, which is a big plus when I’m managing trades during London/NY overlap. My mixed feeling is around the cost transparency. Spreads/charges sometimes didn’t match what I expected from the marketing page, and I had to double-check the contract specs and the account conditions to understand what I’m paying. It’s not that I think anything is “wrong”, it just takes too much digging. Support was polite and answered my questions, but the replies were a bit generic until I sent screenshots. After that, they clarified the settings and the symbol specifications. Overall: usable broker for my style, but I’d like a clearer breakdown of spreads/commissions/swaps in one place so I don’t have to hunt for it.

Decent execution, but the portal feels a bit clunky
