Overall execution has been consistent for my style (market orders and the occasional limit entry), and I haven’t had any platform freezes on my side. Spreads are generally acceptable on majors, and what I like most is that trade confirmations and fills feel predictable—no surprises when volatility picks up. The weak point for me is the client area: it works, but it’s not the cleanest to navigate, and finding basic things like statements/tax docs takes more clicks than it should. Support was helpful when I asked about account base currency and swap details, though the response wasn’t instant. I’m keeping the account because the trading side is solid, but I’d love to see a refresh of the portal and more transparent breakdowns of non-trading fees in one place.

My overall experience with this broker has been positive: execution feels consistent during normal liquidity and spreads on the pairs I trade are generally competitive. The platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t face any weird pricing or order rejections. Deposits went through on the first try and the portal is easy to navigate. Withdrawals were okay but not as fast as I expected on one request (it landed a bit later than the earlier withdrawals), which is why I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support has been helpful when I asked about account documents and trading hours; responses were polite and practical, but sometimes I had to follow up once to get the exact detail I needed. Overall the order execution has been consistent for my style and I haven’t seen weird platform freezes during busy sessions. Spreads look reasonable on the account I chose, and slippage has been within what I’d expect around news. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the funding flow felt a bit clunky the first time. My deposit went through, but the confirmation and back-office status updates weren’t as clear as they could be. After that initial setup, it’s been fine. Support was responsive when I asked about leverage settings and swap rates—answers weren’t instant, but they were clear and didn’t bounce me between agents. If they streamline the deposit/portal messaging a little more, it would be an easy 5/5 for me.
