Solid execution, but the onboarding felt a bit slow

I’m Layla from Ajman and I’ve been using PhillipCapital for a few months mainly for FX majors and some gold. Execution has been stable for my style (mostly intraday with limit orders), and I haven’t noticed any random platform freezes during busy sessions. What I liked: pricing and fills have been consistent, and the account area is straightforward once you’re set up. Statements and reporting are clear enough for tracking my performance. What could be better: the initial verification/onboarding took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once to confirm my documents were received. After that, things ran smoothly. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d love a faster first-time setup process and more proactive updates during onboarding.
