The spreads were okay most of the time and I didn’t notice any major platform freezes, but the client area feels a bit old-school and some pages load slowly on mobile data. Deposit went through on the first try, but the confirmation email came late, which made me second-guess if it worked. Support answered my ticket the same day and was polite, though the reply felt a little copy‑paste. Overall it’s usable, just not as smooth as newer brokers I’ve tried.
