Clean execution and simple dashboard, but withdrawals could be clearer

I’m Hamad from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading majors and gold mostly during London/NY overlap. My overall experience with Globalprime has been solid: spreads on EUR/USD felt competitive on my side and execution was consistent even when volatility picked up. The client area is straightforward and I didn’t feel lost moving between funding, platform links, and statements. What keeps this from being a 5-star for me is the withdrawal process communication. My withdrawal did arrive, but the status updates were a bit vague and I had to double-check timelines with support to feel comfortable. Nothing dramatic happened, I just prefer clearer tracking and more proactive notifications. Support was polite and answered with enough detail to resolve my questions. If they improve the withdrawal status transparency, I’d rate them higher.
