Withdrawals worked, but I’d like clearer upfront info on timing/processing and any third‑party charges. Support was polite and answered my questions, but the replies felt a bit templated until I asked very specific follow-ups. Overall: good experience for execution and usability, just be realistic about trading costs depending on your style.
