I’ve been trading from Abu Dhabi mostly on MT5 with a Standard account, focusing on EUR/USD and gold around London/NY overlap. Execution has felt quick and consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t had the random disconnects I used to get with another platform. Deposits via card were straightforward and credited fast. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the cost structure can feel a bit “spread across different places” (spreads, swaps, conversion fees depending on what you do), so I find myself checking the trade ticket and overnight charges more often than I’d like. Not a deal-breaker, just something to stay on top of. Support was responsive when I asked about account currency options and platform settings. Overall it’s been a solid experience and I’m comfortable keeping a portion of my trading capital here.

My overall experience has been positive: orders fill quickly during normal liquidity and I haven’t had any weird requotes on market orders. Spreads on my usual pairs felt competitive most days, and the platform connection was stable. What kept it from being a 5 for me is the client area experience. A couple of times I had to click around to find the exact report I wanted, and the funding history view is not as straightforward as it could be. Also, on high-impact news the spread widened more than I expected (which I understand can happen), but it’s something you need to plan for. Support was polite and actually answered my questions instead of sending generic links. If they polish the portal and make reporting a bit clearer, I’d rate it higher.

My overall experience with Pepperstone has been positive: market execution feels quick and I don’t get many platform freezes, even when volatility picks up. What I like most is how smooth the onboarding and first deposit were. I funded the account with no drama and the balance updated quickly. Spreads have been competitive on the majors when liquidity is normal, and the order fills are generally consistent with what I see on the chart. Where I think they can improve is transparency around overnight fees and how the swap/rollover is presented in the reports. I can find the info, but it takes too many clicks and the wording is not very beginner-friendly. Also, withdrawals worked for me, but one of them took longer than I expected due to processing cut-off times, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support has been polite and professional when I asked about platform settings and account details.
