Overall the experience has been steady: orders go through without drama and the platform feels clean and easy to navigate even on busy market hours. Deposits were straightforward on my side and showed up within the expected timeframe. I mainly place smaller position sizes and I didn’t notice any weird price jumps beyond normal volatility. What I’d like improved is the depth of reporting/export options—P&L and activity views are fine for quick checks, but I wish the statements and tax-style summaries were easier to filter and download in one go. Support was responsive when I asked a basic question about account details, though the reply felt a bit templated. Still, I got the info I needed. Net: solid platform for day-to-day use, just needs stronger reporting tools to be a true “all-in-one” for tracking performance.
