The client area is clean, but I wish the withdrawal section explained timelines and fees in a more obvious way. My withdrawal went through, but the status updates felt vague and I ended up double-checking with support just to confirm it was in progress. Support was polite and did follow up, so overall I’m satisfied. I’d rate it higher if the funding/withdrawal flow had clearer tracking and fewer steps.
