Solid execution, but the portal could be smoother

I’m Fatima from Al Ain and I’ve been trading mainly EUR/USD and gold on and off for the last 6 months. Overall my experience with LCG has been positive. Orders generally fill quickly and I haven’t had random disconnects during active sessions, which is my biggest priority. The trading conditions feel competitive for my style (mostly intraday, small position sizes). Spreads are usually fine during liquid hours, but I did notice they can widen around major news releases, so I avoid placing market orders right at the announcement. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/portal experience. It works, but it feels a bit clunky when checking statements and confirming small account details. Not a deal-breaker, just not as polished as it could be. Support was helpful when I asked about document verification and the response time was acceptable. Deposits went through without issues. Withdrawals did arrive, but it took a little longer than I expected the first time, so I now plan withdrawals ahead of time.
