Stable execution but the platform feels a bit dated

I’m Sara from Al Ain and I’ve been using MaybankKE for about 6 months mainly for FX majors and some gold. The execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday, a few swings), and I didn’t see any weird spikes on the charts during normal liquidity hours. Spreads are generally acceptable, but I do notice they widen more than I expected around news. Depositing was straightforward and the funds showed up without drama. Withdrawals did go through, but they weren’t instant—more like “plan ahead” timing. Support was polite and clear when I asked about account settings and trading hours, although I had to follow up once to get the final confirmation. Overall it feels reliable, just not the most modern user experience compared to newer apps. I’ll keep it as a secondary account for now.
