Overall the trading side has been reliable for my style (mostly major FX pairs and some gold). Spreads feel competitive during liquid hours and I haven’t had any major platform freezes. Deposits went through without drama, but the client portal navigation isn’t the most intuitive—finding statements and past transactions takes a few extra clicks. Withdrawals arrived, but not always as fast as I expected (one of mine took a couple of business days longer than the earlier ones).
