After that, deposits went through fine and showed up without confusion. Withdrawals have been okay but not as fast as I’d like—nothing extreme, just a bit slower than the deposit side and with more status steps. Support was helpful when I asked about the verification issue; they were polite and gave clear instructions, but I still had to follow up once to confirm everything was approved. Orders fill quickly in normal conditions and I haven’t seen weird price jumps outside of high-volatility moments. What I liked: the platform feels stable during active sessions, charts load fast, and I can manage orders without hunting through menus. Deposits (bank transfer) showed up within the expected window for me. What could be better: the initial verification/onboarding felt a little slower than I expected, and the first time I contacted support I had to follow up once to get a clear answer.
