Solid platform and fast onboarding, but statements could be clearer

I’m Ahmed from Sharjah and I’ve been using Derayah for about 6 months. Account opening and verification were smoother than I expected, and I like how stable the platform feels during normal market hours. Execution has been consistent for my style (mostly swing trades on majors), and I haven’t had any random disconnects. Deposits were straightforward and credited the same day in my case. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as quickly as the deposit side, and the timeline wasn’t clearly communicated. Support was polite and helpful when I asked about fee breakdowns, but I still think the account statements could be easier to read—especially when you want a quick view of costs and swap. Overall I’d keep them as one of my accounts, but I’d like better transparency in reporting and clearer withdrawal ETAs.
