The trading platform gets the job done, but the UI feels a bit old-school and I had to spend time customizing charts and shortcuts to match my workflow. Support was responsive when I asked about account settings, but I would appreciate a more detailed help center for common questions. Overall, I’m staying with them for now because the core trading experience is stable, but they could modernize the client area and make some steps less manual.

Withdrawals did go through, but one request took longer than I expected because of an extra verification step, and the status updates inside the client area weren’t very descriptive.
