The platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t have to jump through too many hoops to get started. Where it could improve is the back-office side. The portal looks a little dated and some settings/info are harder to find than they should be. Also, during a couple of higher-volatility news moments I noticed slippage on stops—nothing outrageous, but it’s worth being aware of. Support was polite and answered my basic questions, though not always instantly. If you’re mainly focused on execution and you don’t need a fancy client area, it’s a solid option.

Withdrawals did come through, but the process felt a bit more “step-by-step” than I expected, and the status updates inside the client area weren’t always clear. Support replies were polite and helpful, but sometimes I had to ask for clarification twice to get a precise answer. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d love to see clearer statements/reporting and more transparent withdrawal tracking.
