I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been using Hantec for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the trading experience has been solid for my style (mostly EUR/USD and gold, a few trades per week). Spreads are generally reasonable during normal market hours and my orders fill without drama most of the time. What kept it from being a perfect score: I had a couple of short platform slowdowns around high-impact news where the quotes felt a bit delayed, and it made me hesitate to enter. It didn’t blow up my account, but it’s something I noticed. Deposits were straightforward via my usual method and credited quickly. Withdrawals did come through, but one payout took longer than I expected and required me to follow up once. Support was polite and helpful, especially on chat, but sometimes you need a second message to get a clear timeline. In summary: good experience for regular trading, just don’t expect everything to be instant during volatile sessions.

Spreads on majors are generally reasonable during London/NY overlap and I haven’t seen weird price jumps outside of high-impact news. The platform connection has been stable for me on both Wi‑Fi and mobile data, which matters because I sometimes manage trades from my phone. Deposit was straightforward and credited without any confusion. Withdrawals have gone through, but the processing time feels slightly inconsistent—sometimes it’s quick, sometimes it takes an extra business day with no clear status updates. Support has been polite and they did answer my questions about leverage and swap, but I wish the replies were a bit more detailed instead of templated. Overall it’s been a solid experience for normal day-to-day trading. If they improve the client portal UI and make withdrawal status tracking more transparent, it would easily be a 5 for me.
