I’m Arjun from Pune and I’ve been using Eightcap on a Standard account for about 6 months, mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD intraday. The platform setup was quick and MT5 has been stable for me, with decent execution during normal liquidity. Spreads felt competitive most of the time, though they can widen around major news (which is expected, but it’s still noticeable if you scalp). Deposits went through without drama and the account dashboard is easy enough to navigate. My only real frustration is that the withdrawal process isn’t always as transparent as the deposit side. I did receive my withdrawals, but the status updates and timeline could be communicated better so you’re not guessing whether it’s processing or waiting on a banking step. Support was responsive when I asked, but I’d prefer clearer automated updates. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’m comfortable trading here, but a bit more clarity around withdrawals would make it a strong 5-star for me.

Solid execution on majors, app could be smoother

Overall the spreads and fills have been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t noticed any strange spikes on my charts. Depositing was straightforward and the balance updated quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but my last one took longer than I expected because I had to re-upload a document after it was rejected for being slightly blurry. Support was polite and clear, but it still added a day. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the platform experience on mobile—charts are fine, but switching between instruments and managing alerts feels a bit clunky compared to what I’m used to. If they polish the mobile flow and make the verification/withdrawal steps more transparent, it would be close to perfect for me.
