Platform is functional but the education section could be better. Had one delayed withdrawal that was resolved after follow-up with support.

I’m Priya from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD. My main reason for opening an account here was to get tighter spreads during the London session. Execution has been consistently quick on my end, and I haven’t noticed random re-quotes when I’m placing market orders. Deposits were straightforward and credited without me having to chase anyone. Withdrawals did go through, but the first time I felt the process wasn’t super clear (status updates were minimal and I had to check back manually). Support was polite and gave me a usable answer when I asked about fees and settlement times, even though I would’ve preferred a more detailed step-by-step guide. Overall I’m continuing with them because the trading conditions suit my style, but I’d love to see a cleaner client area with better tracking for transactions and statements.

I’m Fatima from Dubai and I’ve been using KeytoMarkets mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD swing trades. Execution has been consistently quick on my end and I haven’t had issues with random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads feel competitive during London hours, and my trades generally match what I see on the platform without awkward re-quotes. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/UI. Some settings and reports feel buried, and it took me longer than it should to find the exact statements I wanted for my own tracking. Also, on high-volatility news candles the spread widening is noticeable (I get it, but it’s still something to plan around). Overall it’s been a solid experience for my style, and I’d recommend it to someone who already knows their way around MT/forex platforms and wants stable execution.

I’m Sanjay Kumar from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my job. I opened a Standard account and focused mainly on EURUSD and XAUUSD during London/NY overlap. Execution has been consistent for me and I haven’t noticed any strange spikes on my charts compared with other feeds I watch. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the funding experience. My first deposit went through, but the confirmation took longer than I expected and I had to refresh the client area a few times before it showed correctly. After that, trading was fine and spreads felt reasonable for the sessions I trade. Support was polite and answered my questions without pushing me to “upgrade” or deposit more. If they improve deposit status updates and make the process feel more transparent, it would be close to perfect for my style.

Overall the trading conditions feel consistent—orders fill quickly during normal sessions and I haven’t noticed random re-quotes on my side. Spreads are generally fair for my style (short intraday holds), and the platform connection has been stable. Where I think they can improve is the client area/portal experience. It works, but some pages feel a bit slow and I had to click around more than expected to find statements and confirmation of funding. Support was polite and answered my questions, just not always on the first message. Deposit went through without issues, and withdrawals have arrived, but one payout took longer than I expected because of an extra verification step. Nothing dramatic, just plan ahead if you need funds on a specific day.
