Spreads were competitive during London session and I had no major slippage issues on major pairs. Mobile app works well for monitoring positions.

I’m Priya from Mumbai and I’ve been using this broker mainly for EUR/USD and XAU/USD alongside a few swing positions. Overall it’s been a stable experience with clean execution and the app feels reliable during normal market hours. Funding was straightforward on my side and the balance updated quickly after I completed the steps. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the platform tools feel a bit basic for charting, so I still rely on TradingView for analysis. Also, I had one small question about account verification and it took longer than expected to get a clear reply, but once support responded they resolved it. If you want something consistent and not overly complicated, it’s been fine for me so far.

I trade mostly major FX pairs and a bit of gold, and overall my experience has been solid. Platform stability has been good during the London session, and I like that the account statements and trade confirmations are easy to follow. The main downside for me was the initial setup: verification and account activation felt slower than I expected, and I had to follow up once to confirm a document was accepted. After that, day-to-day trading has been smooth. Spreads are generally reasonable on majors, but I still see them widen noticeably around high-impact news, so I avoid placing tight stops during those minutes. Support was polite and professional when I contacted them, but I would appreciate faster turnaround for non-urgent questions. Overall I’m comfortable keeping part of my trading capital here, just with realistic expectations about onboarding and peak-volatility conditions.

Using Alrajhi Standard account from Gurugram for about 6 months. Deposited through debit card (Visa) and it was instant. I trade mainly GBP/USD and USD/JPY, sometimes EUR/GBP on short-term setups. Platform stability is fine and order placement is mostly smooth. Spreads are okay in normal hours, but I’ve seen spreads widen a lot on GBP pairs near market open and during big UK data, which affects stops. My issue was more with support and withdrawals. I made two withdrawals to my ICICI bank account. One came next day, second one took 48+ hours and I had to email twice to get confirmation. Support eventually responded, but not fast enough when money is stuck in “pending.” Overall experience is mixed: decent for regular days, but they need faster ticket handling and more transparent withdrawal status updates.

What I didn’t love was the initial onboarding/KYC flow—it felt a bit slow with a couple of back-and-forth requests, and I had to wait longer than expected before everything was fully activated. Once the account was live, things became much smoother. Execution has been fine for my style (mostly major FX pairs and small position sizes). Spreads are not always the tightest compared to some global brokers, but I value the overall structure and the clarity of the reporting. Support was polite and professional when I asked about account verification and a basic platform question, though responses were not instant. Overall: reliable, organized, and fairly user-friendly after the setup phase, with room to make onboarding faster.
