I’m Omar from Al Ain, and I’ve been using Interactive Brokers for about 6 months mainly for FX majors and some index CFDs. Execution has been consistently reliable for me, and the pricing feels competitive compared to the more “marketing-heavy” brokers I tried before. What I didn’t love is how much time it took to get comfortable with the platform layout and all the settings. The tools are powerful, but it’s not the most beginner-friendly experience. Once I got my watchlists, hotkeys, and order presets set up, it became much smoother. Deposits were straightforward via bank transfer on my side, but the first time I withdrew I had to double-check a couple of details and it took longer than I expected (still completed). Support was knowledgeable when I reached them, just not always instant. Overall: professional-grade feel, great for someone who wants control and doesn’t mind a steeper learning curve.
