Deposits went through without drama and reflected in the account quickly, but the client area feels a bit dated and I sometimes need an extra step or two to find the exact report or statement I want. Withdrawals have worked, just not always as fast as I expect—still within the stated window, but I’d love more real-time status updates. Support was helpful when I asked about account statements and trading server time; responses weren’t instant, but they were clear and polite. If they polish the portal UX and add more tracking transparency for payouts, it would easily be a 5-star experience for me.
