Spreads are generally fine during London/NY overlap, though they widen a bit around major news (which I expected). Onboarding and KYC were straightforward. Depositing was quick, but the withdrawal side feels a little less transparent: the status updates are minimal and I had to double-check the cutoff times with support. The money did arrive, just not as fast as I assumed based on the initial confirmation. Support was polite and to the point on chat, and they followed up by email with the same instructions, which helped. Overall, I’m continuing with them, but I’d like clearer tracking and estimated timelines for withdrawals inside the client portal.

Good execution, but the portal could be smoother

I’m Sara from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using XS.com mainly for short intraday trades on majors. Execution and pricing have been solid on my side, and the platform connection has been stable during normal market hours. Depositing was straightforward and reflected quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/portal experience. A couple of sections feel a bit clunky on mobile (extra clicks and slow loading when I’m trying to pull statements). Support was polite and answered my basic questions, but the first reply felt a little templated and I had to clarify my request. Overall it’s been a positive experience for me, and I’ll keep the account as one of my options.

I’m trading from Dubai and opened a Standard account mainly for majors and some gold. Spreads and execution have been consistent during normal market hours, and my orders haven’t been randomly rejected. I also like that the platform setup was straightforward and I was able to verify without too much back-and-forth. What kept this from being a 5-star experience is the client portal UX. A couple of times I had to refresh to see updated balance history, and the statements section feels a bit buried. Support was polite and actually followed up, but I still think the dashboard could be more responsive. Overall it’s been reliable for my day-to-day trading, with a few small friction points on the account management side.
