I’m Huda from Abu Dhabi. I requested a withdrawal after closing a few EUR/USD positions and the request has been sitting in a pending/processing status longer than the timeframe I usually see with other brokers. Support replied politely and asked for the standard verification details again, which I provided the same day, but the status didn’t change for a couple of business days. I’m not saying the money is gone—just that the timeline and communication could be clearer (e.g., what step it’s on and a realistic ETA).
