I’m Youssef from Dubai and I’ve been using WinproFX for about six months on a Standard account. The platform experience has been mostly smooth and I haven’t had major issues with order placement during normal market hours. Spreads feel reasonable for the pairs I trade (mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD), and slippage has been acceptable outside of big news. My main feedback is around funding/withdrawal communication. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, but when I tested a couple of withdrawals the status updates were a bit vague and I had to check in with support to confirm timelines. Support did respond and eventually clarified the steps, but I’d prefer more transparent tracking inside the dashboard. Overall it’s a workable broker for my day-to-day trading, with room to improve the back-office clarity.

I’m Youssef from Al Ain and I opened a Standard account mainly to trade majors (EUR/USD and GBP/USD) and a bit of gold. The onboarding was straightforward and the platform felt stable during London and New York sessions. Spreads were generally okay for my style (short intraday trades), and I didn’t notice any major freezes. Deposit went through quickly and the balance updated without any confusion. My only real friction was on the withdrawal side: it wasn’t rejected or anything, but the status messages and timing were not super clear, so I had to double-check with support to confirm what stage it was at. Support was polite and got back to me the same day, but I’d like to see more transparent tracking for withdrawals and clearer estimated processing times inside the portal. Overall it’s been a positive experience for six months and I’m still using the account.
