I’m Omar from Ajman (UAE). I requested a withdrawal and it stayed in “processing” for longer than I expected. I understand checks can happen, but the status didn’t change for a couple of business days and I didn’t get a clear timeline in the portal. Support replied and asked me to confirm my payment details again, which I did, but the back-and-forth made it feel slower than it needed to be. I’m not saying the money is missing—just that the communication and ETA could be clearer so I can plan my cash flow.
