I requested a withdrawal and the request stayed in a loop of “processing” and “pending” for days. I didn’t get a clear explanation of what was missing—only general notes about verification/checks. Support responded, but the answers felt copy-pasted and didn’t include a concrete timeline. I’m not saying the broker won’t pay, but the communication and predictability around withdrawals needs improvement.
