I’m Mariam from Ajman (UAE) and I’ve been trading on a Standard account for about 6 months. Overall my experience has been positive: spreads on major FX pairs were generally reasonable during my usual London/NY overlap sessions, and market orders filled without the kind of random delays that make you second-guess entries. Deposits were straightforward for me and showed up quickly, which helped when I wanted to top up and adjust margin. Withdrawals did go through, but not as fast as I expected—one request took longer than the timeline I had in mind, and the status updates in the portal weren’t very detailed. Support was polite and did try to help, but the answers sometimes felt a bit templated. I still give them credit because they followed up and didn’t disappear. If they modernize the portal and make withdrawal tracking clearer, it would be an easy 5/5 for my needs.

I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been using KVBPrime mainly for EUR/USD and gold on MT5. Overall the execution feels consistent and I rarely see platform freezes, which is important for my short intraday trades. Spreads are competitive during liquid hours, but they can widen a bit around high-impact news so I avoid entering right at the release. Account opening and verification were straightforward. Depositing by bank card worked on the first try, and my balance reflected quickly. Withdrawals have been mostly fine, but one request took longer than I expected because it fell near the weekend and I had to follow up once. Support is polite and responsive in chat, though the answers can be a little templated at first. Once I explained the issue clearly, they solved it. I’d rate them as a solid option if you trade normal sessions and don’t expect ultra-tight conditions during news spikes.
