I requested a withdrawal and the status stayed pending longer than the timeline I saw during onboarding. I’m not saying the money is lost, but the lack of clear, proactive updates made it stressful. I had to follow up more than once to get a short reply, and the replies were generic (basically “it’s being processed”). For UI/testing purposes: the main issue was the uncertainty—no clear ETA, no step-by-step status (review/approved/sent), and no specific reason given for the delay. I’d like to see a more transparent tracker or at least an automatic email explaining what stage the request is in.
