I’m Khalid from Abu Dhabi and I opened an account mainly to keep FX and a few other instruments under one roof. The platform feels professional and stable, and order execution has been consistent for my swing trades. Pricing was generally competitive on majors, although I still double-check spreads during high-volatility sessions. The main downside for me was the onboarding/KYC pace. Nothing alarming, just more back-and-forth than I expected and it delayed my first deposit by a couple of days. After the account was fully active, deposits and trading were smooth. Support replies were polite and helpful, but not always instant during UAE afternoon hours. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep using it, but I wish the verification steps were explained more clearly upfront so the first week feels less confusing.

The platform experience has been stable for me—orders go through cleanly and I haven’t had random disconnections during active sessions. Spreads/fees are generally predictable, which helps when I’m running tight stop losses. The only thing that tested my patience was the onboarding/KYC pace. Nothing dramatic, but it took longer than I expected and I had to resubmit one document because the photo wasn’t clear enough. After that, the account ran smoothly. Deposits have been straightforward on my side. Withdrawals did arrive, but the processing time felt a little inconsistent (one was quick, another took an extra business day without much status detail). Support replies were polite and professional, though not always instant. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’ll keep using it, but I’d love a faster verification flow and clearer withdrawal tracking.
