I’m Ahmed from Al Ain and I opened a Standard account to test this broker with small position sizing. The trading platform connection felt stable during London and early US hours, and I liked that the statements were detailed enough to reconcile my trades and swaps without guessing. What held it back from a 5-star experience was the onboarding/KYC pace. The document checks weren’t difficult, but the back-and-forth emails added a couple of extra days before I could fully start. After the account was live, pricing was generally consistent and I didn’t see random spikes on the majors I trade. Overall it’s been a solid experience for execution and reporting, with room to improve the account-opening flow and communication timelines.

I’m Sara from Abu Dhabi and I used CGSCIMB mainly to monitor FX exposure alongside other investments. The trading platform itself felt stable during normal market hours and I didn’t see random disconnects, which matters to me because I check positions from mobile a lot. What I liked: pricing looked fair for the instruments I used, and the order placement flow is straightforward once you get used to the menus. Statements and reporting were also easy to export. What I didn’t like: the account opening/KYC back-and-forth took longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the system flagged it. Not a dealbreaker, but it’s friction. Overall I’m satisfied and I’d keep it as a secondary account, but I’d love a faster onboarding process and clearer status updates while documents are being reviewed.
