I’m Kavya from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs and gold. My overall experience with CFI Financial has been positive: order execution feels consistent and I haven’t noticed random freezes during busy sessions. Spreads on majors looked competitive for my style (mostly intraday, a few swings). Deposits were straightforward and reflected without much confusion. The main thing I’d improve is the client portal/navigation—some settings and reports are a bit buried, so when I needed to double-check statements and swap details it took longer than it should. Support was polite and clear when I asked basic account questions, but the first reply took a little time during a weekday. Nothing serious, just not instant. Overall, I’d keep using them, especially for straightforward FX trading.

I’m trading from Ajman and opened a Standard account mainly for majors and gold. The execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday), and spreads on the pairs I watch are generally competitive. Depositing was straightforward and credited quickly. My only real downside is the client portal experience—it’s functional, but a few pages feel a bit slow and I had to double-check where certain reports and account settings were located. Support did help when I asked about statement downloads and confirmation timing, but I wish the platform/portal navigation was more intuitive. Overall, I’m comfortable continuing with them, just hoping the back-office UI gets polished.
