I’m Omar from Sharjah and I’ve been using Capex mostly for short intraday trades on majors. The platform feels polished and stable on mobile, and order placement is straightforward. Spreads were generally acceptable during normal hours, and I didn’t notice major slippage on market orders except around bigger news events. My main issue is not knowing exactly how long withdrawals will take. My first withdrawal went through, but the status updates were a bit vague and I had to double-check with support to confirm the processing steps. Support replied and was polite, but I’d prefer more proactive notifications. Overall it’s a solid experience for day-to-day trading, just room to improve on withdrawal transparency and communication.

I’m Vikram from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall my experience with CAPEX has been positive: the platform feels stable during London open, and order execution has been consistent for my swing trades. The app is also easy to navigate and I like having watchlists and alerts in one place. What I didn’t love is that some costs (like overnight/holding charges) weren’t super obvious to me at first, so I had to double-check the contract specs and statements to understand why a few positions looked slightly different after being held. Once I got used to it, it was manageable, but I wish it was more transparent upfront. Deposits were smooth on my side and went through quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but one time it took longer than I expected and the status updates were not very detailed. Support was polite and helped me locate the right statement pages, though the response time varied depending on the day.
