I’m Neha from Delhi and I opened a Standard account to trade mainly USD/INR and a few majors during London/New York overlap. Once the account was live, the platform side has been reliable for me—orders go through cleanly and I haven’t had random disconnects. My only real gripe is the onboarding/KYC phase. It wasn’t “bad”, just slower than I expected and I had to upload one document twice because the first upload didn’t reflect in the portal. Deposits were straightforward and credited the same day. Withdrawals worked, but the timeline was not as fast as some other places I’ve used—more like a couple business days rather than next-day. Support was polite and resolved my KYC confusion, but I did wait for a callback. Overall: good for steady trading, just set expectations that account setup and withdrawals may not be instant.

I’m Kavya Patel from Pune and I opened a Standard account mainly to trade majors during London/NY overlap. Once I was set up, the platform felt stable and my market orders on EUR/USD and GBP/USD filled cleanly with no weird spikes on my side. Spreads were generally reasonable for my style (mostly intraday), and I didn’t see any surprise fees beyond what was already shown. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/KYC phase—it took longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the photo wasn’t clear enough. Support was polite and explained what was needed, but it still added a couple of days before I could start trading. Overall, I’d say it’s a dependable option if you value stability, just be ready with clear documents to avoid delays.
