I’m Youssef from Al Ain and I’ve been trading forex for about 6 months with a Standard account. Overall the trading experience has been stable: orders go through cleanly and spreads on majors feel competitive during normal market hours. The platform connection has been reliable on my side and I haven’t had random disconnects. The only part I didn’t love was the onboarding/KYC pace. It wasn’t terrible, but I had to resend one document because the first upload didn’t meet their format requirement, so it added an extra day. Support was polite and clear, just not as fast as I expected at the start. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals worked, but the processing time felt a little inconsistent depending on the day (still arrived, just not always on the earliest estimate). If they tighten the initial verification flow and make withdrawal timing more predictable, it would be an easy 5/5 for me.

I’m Ahmed Khan from Ajman, UAE and I’ve been trading with ActivTrades for the past 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the trading experience has been smooth: orders fill reliably during normal market hours and spreads on the majors feel competitive for my style (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD, occasional gold). The platform connection has been stable on my side and I haven’t had random disconnections. My only real negatives were around the account setup and verification. It wasn’t “bad,” just more back-and-forth than I expected, and it took a little time to get everything approved. Support did respond, but sometimes I had to follow up to keep it moving. Deposits went through without issues. Withdrawals arrived, but not as fast as I hoped—nothing alarming, just slower than the quickest brokers I’ve used. If they streamlined the onboarding and sped up withdrawals slightly, it would be an easy 5/5 for me.
